This clinic has been a long-time dream of the owner for several years now. She previously was the main provider on the mobile clinic providing services to our local communities from a nearby medical facility. The “bus” as it was affectionately called, would travel between Athol and Spirit Lake to provide medical services for those patients that couldn’t get in to “town.”
To provide quality, comprehensive healthcare in an integrative approach and teaching health principles in collaboration with patients so they can take control of their health outcomes.
Our provider and the owner, Lana Young, is a board certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing care to all people and to make it accessible to rural communities. She is also a nationally certified medical examiner for the Department of Transportation for doing health exams.
