Trudy grew up in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada and graduated from a Christina Academy that she attended from grades 1-12. She obtained her Associate Degree of Nursing in 1986 from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, a suburb of Dayton, Ohio. She has worked in different areas of nursing, a few of them being medical/surgical, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and Physician Peer Review. She retied from nursing after completing 7 ½ years as a nurse at BioLife Plasma Services. She is excited about returning to nursing in a more relaxed atmosphere at Mountain Country Family Healthcare, PLLC.

Trudy is happily married to her high school sweetheart Brian, who found her on Facebook after 35 years of being separated.

When not at work, Trudy enjoys many different hobbies including snowmobiling and ATVing with her husband, gardening, canning & preserving food, crocheting, cross stitching, sewing, scrapbooking and many other things to keep herself occupied. She is also a very talented chocolatier.
